Installation Coordinator (Bilingual an Asset)

Our client is seeking an Installation Coordinator (English/French Bilingual preferred) to join their growing team. This is a Direct Hire role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination support to the installation department such as scheduling/revising installations, travel details for technicians, etc.
- Tracking of supplies, tools, equipment
- Coordinate with internal and 3rd party team members
- Track various metrics
- Expertly use MS Excel
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Very strong MS Excel skills a must
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
- Previous office experience (preferred)
- Previous experience communicating with technicians or trades or a technical company is an asset
- French is a plus
