Our client is seeking an Installation Coordinator (English/French Bilingual preferred) to join their growing team. This is a Direct Hire role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination support to the installation department such as scheduling/revising installations, travel details for technicians, etc.
  • Tracking of supplies, tools, equipment 
  • Coordinate with internal and 3rd party team members
  • Track various metrics
  • Expertly use MS Excel
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Very strong MS Excel skills a must
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
  • Previous office experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience communicating with technicians or trades or a technical company is an asset
  • French is a plus
