HR & Contract Administrator
Our Client is seeking an HR & Contract Administrator to join their growing company. This is a Direct Hire position.
Responsibilities:
Drafting company policies and confidential documents
Reviewing RFPs/RFIs and contracts an providing recommendations
Maintenance of Job Description database
Full cycle recruitment including onboarding processes
Collaborating with staffing agencies
Managing HR Modules in ADP
Collaborate with Tech team on ISO 27001
Maintaining the ISO 45001 certification and assisting with other certifications as needed
Assist with training and development
Participate in joint health and safety committee (JHSC)
Staying informed and up to date on employment legislation and ensuring compliance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication
Relevant diploma or post secondary degree (Law clerk, Paralegal)
General understanding of contracts
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
