Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role and a long-term opportunity for the right individual.


  • Handle clerical and related tasks to support sales and the business
  • Multi-task comfortably
  • Data entry in CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Reporting, documenting, paperwork
  • Create new orders
  • Able to balance a blend of office and outside work (yard and equipment checks)
  • Coordinate pickups and drop offs
  • Other duties as required


  • Previous office and coordinator experience
  • Very good customer service, organization, communication, and computer skills (MS Office)
  • Versatile with a positive and friendly attitude
  • CRM (Salesforce) is an asset
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and fast-paced situations
