Sales Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role with an opportunity for further growth.

Compensation: $25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Report and verify incoming and outgoing equipment in yard
• Documentation of various items/requirements
• Creating new orders
• A blend of desk work and outside work (yard and equipment checks)
• Data entry
• Pick and delivery coordination
• Various paperwork/documentation
• Liaise with departments (including sales team) on production and delivery schedules
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous coordinator experience
• Very good customer service, organizational and computer skills (MS Office)
• Versatile and deals well with various types of individuals
• CRM and transportation experience is an asset
• Able to perform independently and in a team
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and fast-paced situations
