Payroll Coordinator

$50K to $55K annually (based on experience)

Our client, an established and dynamic company, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.

Compensation: Salary (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

  • Timesheet entry
  • Update/balance daily time entry hours
  • Payroll processing with ADP WFN
  • Maintain database and entry of new files
  • Data transfer to payroll system and verification
  • Process various payroll items (ROE, T4, Stat Holiday Pay etc.)
  • Prepare RRSP file
  • Prepare various reports as required
  • Vacation days and leave tracking
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Payroll Coordinator
  • Payroll Administration training/education
  • Adept in data entry and EDI with ADP payroll service
  • Solid data entry and software ability
  • Proficient with multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines accurately
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills
