Inside Sales Representative

Our client is an established and growing distributor of specialized mechanical equipment in Canada. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role and an excellent long-term, career opportunity.

Schedule: Days, Monday to Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and conduct follow-ups to customers to advance the sale forward and to close
• Partner with Management, learn from them, and grow the business and your stable and long-term career
• Support Senior Management with business development, business projects, administration, personnel items
• Business development
• Work closely with customers
• Other duties as required

‍Requirements:

• Must have a caring, warm, positive, dynamic and outgoing personality and attitude
• Previous experience in sales, sales support, or administrative support to Senior Management within an engineering, and/or rotating equipment, and/or technical company is a must
• Solid sales skills and relationship building ability
• Team player who is able to get along very well with others
• Seeking stability; a long-term career with opportunity for growth within the company
• Very personable, flexible, and able to deal with pressure
• Solid organizational, time management
• Quick learner and intelligent
• Very good computer skills (SAP Business One experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication skills (telephone, written, verbal)
