Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a successful and growing transportation company, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, perform and oversee the various Human Resource responsibilities
- Work effectively with all levels within the organization
- Provide management with expert insight and recommendations
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Lead negotiations
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leading HR capacity
- Must have labour relations experience within a unionized environment
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Skillful in negotiation and managing conflict
- HR designation is preferred
- Transportation experience is preferred
- Thorough understanding of provincial and Canadian labour law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
