Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team for a DIRECT HIRE role.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the truck mechanic shop
  • Support the Maintenance team with projects, reporting and completion
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet team
  • Oversight of vehicle licensing requirements and renewals
  • Coordinate accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed truck mechanic (310T)
  • Must have previous experience managing a truck shop
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail
  • Superior time management and organization skills
  • Experienced with software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
