Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team for a DIRECT HIRE role.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage the truck mechanic shop
- Support the Maintenance team with projects, reporting and completion
- Provide administrative support to the Fleet team
- Oversight of vehicle licensing requirements and renewals
- Coordinate accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed truck mechanic (310T)
- Must have previous experience managing a truck shop
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Superior time management and organization skills
- Experienced with software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
