Dispatcher
$60K to $64K yearly (Based on exp. and qualifications)
Our established clients, leaders in the trucking industry, are seeking qualified Dispatchers to join their teams. These are DIRECT HIRE roles.
Salary: $60K to $64K to start (Based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Days 7:00AM to 7:00PM (4 Days On/4 Days Off)
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching duties including the scheduling of commercial drivers and vehicles with a key focus on safety and commitment to customer service
- Coordinate routes, delivery and pick up, etc.
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Ensure service levels are met and or exceed client expectations
- Daily reporting
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' of dispatching experience in the trucking/transportation industry
- Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Familiar with computerized systems
