Customer Service Representative
Salary based on experience/annually
Our client is an established and growing company. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer orders and inquiries; provide professional service; schedule service calls
- Manage a high volume of client calls (outbound and inbound) as well as in-person and emails
- Data entry
- Processing of orders and payments
- Resolve client issues with appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work some Saturdays
- Able to deal with pressure and quick-paced environment
- Solid communication and people skills
- Organizational and time management ability
- Very good computer skills (Navision or Dynamics NAV is a must)
- Excellent attitude
