Customer Service Representative

Our client is an established and growing company. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.

Shift: Days, Monday to Friday (some Saturdays)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and inquiries; provide professional service; schedule service calls
  • Manage a high volume of client calls (outbound and inbound) as well as in-person and emails
  • Data entry
  • Processing of orders and payments
  • Resolve client issues with appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Must be flexible to work some Saturdays
  • Able to deal with pressure and quick-paced environment
  • Solid communication and people skills
  • Organizational and time management ability
  • Very good computer skills (Navision or Dynamics NAV is a must)
  • Excellent attitude
