Customer Service Representative

Our client is a growing company and one of the largest distributors of specialized mechanical equipment in Canada. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Receiving of equipment and parts
  • Quality check received items
  • Some importing
  • Order picking of equipment
  • Packaging
  • Arrange shipping and couriers
  • Stock maintenance
  • Create purchase orders
  • Coordinate with customers
  • Process invoicing and sales orders; issue credit card authorization
  • Support sales team


  • Previous shipping/receiving and documentation experience
  • Must be able to perform perform physical work such as lifting, maneuvering, loading and unloading equipment to/from trucks
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Comfortable with computers and software
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and professional
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills

Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
