Brand Ambassador (Luxury Retail)

Our client, an exciting and successful luxury goods brand, is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join their growing team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales targets
• Foster relationships with existing clientele
• Develop new clients
• Exhibit thorough product knowledge
• Work seamlessly with the entire team
• Open/close, visual merchandising, inventory, and other duties as required

Requirements:

• A minimum 1 year experience in Luxury Retail Environment
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• POS experience
• Flexible to work adjusting schedule incl. afternoons and weekends
